Our Christmas Menu 2024 is available at all our remaining events for the year!

We are also offering the full range to choose from on the 23rd December! You have the choice of collection from Wymondham or delivery to a desired address in Norfolk! Delivery is charged at 50p per mile from Wymondham.

  • Peppermint macaron shells filled with peppermint ganache, made with a natural peppermint extract

  • A salty and sweet pretzel ganache sandwiched between blue and silver sparkling macaron shells

Cinnamon Roasted Plum Entremet (GF) - £6

  • A cinnamon roasted plum compote centre surrounded by a cinnamon mousse, white chocolate shell, plum chocolate spray

Chocolate Caramel Christmas Tree Entremet (GF) - £6

  • A caramelised white chocolate cremeux, set in the middle of a salted caramel milk chocolate mousse with a caramelised white chocolate caramel sponge, dipped in chocolate, green mirror glaze, sprinkles and edible glitter to decorate

Coconut Passionfruit Bauble Entremet (GF) - £6

  • A passionfruit fluid gel centre, coconut mousse, coconut dacquoise, white chocolate shell, white mirror glaze with edible gold

  • Contains: milk, soya, egg, sulphites

Chocolate Mandarin Tart - £4.50

  • Chocolate sable tart case, filled with an orange jelly and orange panna cotta, decorated with chocolate cremeux and orange zest.

  • Contains: nuts (almond), milk, gluten, soya, egg

Eggnog Custard Tart - £4

  • Almond sable tart case filled with a baked boozy eggnog custard, with fresh grated nutmeg

  • Contains: nuts (almond), milk, gluten, egg, alcohol (partially cooked out)

Gingerbread Plum Tart - £4.50

  • Almond sable tart case, gingerbread financier filling with plums, decorated with a whipped gingerbread ganache and edible gold.

  • Contains: nuts (almond), milk, gluten, soya, egg

Cranberry White Chocolate Orange Blondie - £4

  • Brown butter blondie infused with orange zest and layered with fresh cranberries and white chocolate

  • Contains: gluten, milk, egg, soya

Chocolate Orange Brownie (GF) - £4

  • Gooey chocolate brownie made with coconut flour, filled with orange zest and orange cremeux

Triple Chocolate Yule Log - £5

  • Layers of chocolate cremeux, white chocolate cremeux, milk chocolate mousse and chocolate guinness sponge wrapped in a chocolate shell, decorated with whipped milk chocolate ganache, cocoa nibs and edible glitter.

Salted Caramel, Hazelnut, Baileys Buche Noel (GF) - £5

  • Layers of baked salted caramel cream, hazelnut namelaka, white chocolate and vanilla mousse and hazelnut sponge, dipped in chocolate, decorated with whipped Baileys ganache, toasted hazelnuts and edible glitter.

Tonka Bean, Caramel, Macadamia Petit Gateau (GF) - £5

  • A baked salted caramel cream and macadamia cremeux in a white chocolate and macadamia shell, topped with tonka bean whipped ganache, an edible snowflake and edible glitter

Cherry Pistachio Cheesecake - £4.50

  • Buttery digestive biscuit base, a layer of baked pistachio cheesecake with pistachios folded through, below a layer of cherry cheesecake mousse, whipped cherry ganache, freeze dried cherries and toasted pistachios.
